Scarlett’s FITNESS

Hi I am Scarlett – Personal Trainer and Pilates Instructor teaching group fitness and Pilates in Newcastle, Australia. 

I have been in the fitness industry for 5 years and am currently studying a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics. I love health and fitness and want to spread that as far as I can and with as many people as I can. Over the last two years my passion for Pilates and home workouts has grown and that is going to be what I am brining to you here. I found a way that I love to exercise, and I hope you find that in here too.

 I am so excited to be able to bring my classes to you online and connect with people out of Newcastle and I am positive you are going to love my classes and how they make you feel.

Every week I will be bringing new classes to this site including Pilates, HIIT, stretching, relaxation, challenges and home-based weight workouts. From these classes you can choose the way you like to train and fit them into your week anytime, anywhere.


Certificate III In Fitness – Charles Darwin University
Certificate IV in Fitness – Australian Institute of Personal Trainers
Mat work pilates level 1 – Pilates institute of Queensland

Each class will run for about 20 to 60 minutes classes, including classes for beginners and those who are needing more of a challenge. For most the workouts all you need is a mat and yourself.
